  5. Government to send proposal out for consultation on changes to vaccine rollout order - Finnish Government

    31.3.2021 | In its meeting on 31 March, the Government discussed a proposal by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health and the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare that would make changes to the order of priority for COVID-19 vaccination. The Government decided to send the proposal out for consultation as it stands. The consultation round will last until 13 April. The Government will decide on amendments to the current decree on COVID-19 vaccines once the consultation process is complete.

  7. State converts Finnair’s hybrid loan to capital loan - Finnish Government

    27.4.2022 | In March 2021, the State signed an agreement with Finnair Plc on a hybrid loan with a limit of EUR 400 million to support the company due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In its meeting on 19 April 2022, the Ministerial Committee on Economic Policy decided in favour of converting the hybrid loan instrument to a capital loan in the form of an equity instrument. The capital loan will strengthen the equity of Finnair Plc, Finnair Group’s parent company.
